Please note that at this time our room block at the DoubleTree Hotel is SOLD OUT. The hotel is in the process of adding more rooms to the conference room block, but this may take a couple of days. If you would like to be placed on the WAIT LIST in order for Preferred Convention Services (PCS) to contact you when rooms open up, please email your request to reservations@preferred1.com. Make sure to include how many rooms you are needing and the dates of arrival and departure.
