Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for refunds will be granted if received before January 17, 2026 at 17:00 EST. A $25 non-refundable registration fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Department Registration

This option is only for agency representatives who are scheduling groups of students whose fees will be paid for by the organization. Registration is not complete until payment is received. If payment is not received within 14 days of submitting your registration, your registration will be deleted.
